Chia Pudding

A bowl of chia pudding topped with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. chia seeds
  • 2 c. unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 t. vanilla extract agave or maple syrup to taste

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until combined. If it is super thick, add more coconut milk. Adjust sweetener to taste and spoon into 8 individual bowls or jars. Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes or overnight.

In the morning, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
