Green Boost Smoothie

A refreshing and energizing green smoothie, that gives you an extra boost to get you through the day.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups green kale
    • 1 cup frozen pineapple
    • 1/2 banana
    • 1 cup coconut water
    • 1 tbs. hemp seeds
    • 1 tsp. super greens powder (any brand you prefer)

    Cooking Instructions

    Place all your ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and serve cold.
