Mango salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 mangos, peeled and chopped
  • 1 red onion finely diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, picked and chopped fine
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Prepare each ingredient and add to a medium to large bowl. Mix well and adjust seasonings. Can be stored for up to two days in the refrigerator. Use to top grilled fish, tacos or serve with tortilla chips.
