Meyer Lemon and Lavender Gimlet

    Ingredients

    • Ice enough to fill shaker and a glass
    • 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
    • 1 oz Fresh Meyer Lemon Juice
    • 1 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
    • 1/2 oz Rose water
    • lemon twist for garnish

    Cooking Instructions

    Shake ingredients on ice until well chilled. Minimum one minute. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime twist. Enjoy!
