This Fig & Goat Cheese Lavash Wrap layers creamy goat cheese, sweet fig spread, marinated chicken and peppery arugula for a flavor combo that’s anything but ordinary. Perfect for lunch, picnics, or whenever you need a quick bite that still feels gourmet.

    Ingredients

    • 1 Atoria’s Flatbread lavash
    • 1.5 oz goat cheese
    • 3 Tbsp. Divina fig spread
    • 5 oz grilled & marinated chicken breast, cut into cubes
    • 2 oz. thinly sliced red onions
    • Large handful fresh arugula

    Cooking Instructions

    Spread the goat cheese on the top half, fig spread on the bottom half of your lavash.

    Place arugula on the bottom 2/3, chicken down the center, onions over the top.

    Wrap it up tightly. Eat it right away or wrap in plastic/beeswax wrap to enjoy later.
