Ingredients
- 1 Brioche Bun
- Unsalted Butter
- Mayonnaise
- Burger Patty
- slice pepperjack cheese
- 1 slice bacon
- ½ Fuji apple, sliced thin
- Handful of fresh arugula
- 3 Tbsp. Divina fig spread
Cooking Instructions

Toast the bun cut side down on a cast iron skillet in butter.

Cook burger patty in the same pan on medium high heat for 2 minutes. Flip, add the cheese and cook until done.

Spread fig jam on bottom of bun, then add burger, bacon, apple and arugula.

Spread mayonnaise on the top bun and enjoy!
